The eCap team has over 40 years banking and finance experience, having worked on both the Borrower and Lender side of $5Bn plus of debt and equity transactions. With a strong focus on understanding the clients needs and delivery of optimal capital solutions the team is led by:


Chris Crighton

Educated in business and finance and with 16 years experience directly within the Property Industry, Chris has extensive experience from both the Lender/Investor aspect as well as the recipient/developer aspect.

Chris is best placed to fully appreciate the requirements and drivers from all perspectives having raised ~A$2B of capital whilst COO of the Golden Age Group along with co-establishing the Golden Age Capital funds management platform as well as having held multiple roles within the ANZ Institutional Property Group including within the Risk team as well as overseeing a portfolio of ~A$1.1B of exposure across many of Melbourne’s most experienced developers.

Chris is also currently a Director with PGF Australia which has a portfolio of ~A$250M of capital invested across multiple transactions through Senior & Mezzanine debt as well as Pref and Equity.


Adrian Blake

Whilst working at eCap Adrian is the CEO of Property and Mezzanine Finance at the PGF Australia Pty Ltd, an organisation that specialises in the both the provision capital of and advisory for property related transactions across Australia and North America.

He has formally held Executive roles at ANZ Institutional Bank and NIBC Bank (Europe) where he led teams in capital markets and property, corporate and structured finance and complex debt/equity work out situations.

Adrian has more than 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. His expertise in property risk is underpinned by broad knowledge and experience in debt and equity across all sectors of property development, investment and construction transactions.

Adrian is also a non-Executive member of a number of property related advisory boards and investment committees.


Debbie Chong

Debbie has a corporate banking and property background having previously worked at Credit Suisse, NAB and GE Capital in relationship management roles.

With 13 years experience in cash flow lending, structured lending, and working capital finance in the corporate mid market segment, she has broad client industry experience spanning manufacturing, transport & logistics, retail, equipment hire, agribusiness, and property.

Debbie also has a deep understanding of the North American property market having continuing experience with transactions through her dual role as analyst with PGF Australia.
